๐Ÿ“œ KINGDOM RULES (Outside KvK)

๐Ÿ“œ OFFICIAL KINGDOM RULES

1๏ธโƒฃ Events (MGE & 20 Universal Gold Heads)

In the kingdom:

All MGE are FIXED.
All events that give 20 universal gold heads are FIXED.
They are never opened.

๐Ÿ”ด Overcap rule

If a player exceeds the fixed limit:

100,000 points over = 100,000 troop power to remove.

Example:

+300,000 points โ†’ -300,000 troop power to remove.

The player must remove troops voluntarily.

If they refuse:
โ†’ Zeroing is allowed.

This rule applies to ALL players without exception.

2๏ธโƒฃ No attacking inside the Kingdom

It is strictly forbidden:

To attack a main account
To attack a farm account
To attack a player who is gathering

Without prior authorization from an R4 or R5.

No exceptions.

3๏ธโƒฃ Farm accounts

A farm account should theoretically never exceed City Hall 24.

Why?

A level 25 farm:

Increases overall kingdom power
Impacts KvK matchmaking
Makes us face stronger kingdoms
Penalizes the whole community

So:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Any level 25 account is considered an active account.
๐Ÿ‘‰ If it has significant power, it must participate in war efforts.

A T5 or high-power farm cannot stay passive.

4๏ธโƒฃ Mandatory reading

All players must:

Read kingdom mails
Read alliance mails
Follow R4/R5 directives

In KvK and outside KvK.

Mails contain essential strategic information.

Ignoring mails is not an excuse.

Goal:

Farm rewards
Optimize gold heads
Stabilize the kingdom

No DKP target imposed

๐Ÿ“Œ Key points

No DKP target required.
MGE = FIXED.
20-head events = FIXED.
Recruitment / power growth = FIXED.

If overcap:

100,000 points = 100,000 troop power to remove.

Same as kingdom rules.

๐Ÿ”ฅ COMPETITIVE KVK

Selected story:

(or any other competitive story decided by leadership)

This is the real KvK.

Here:
๐Ÿ‘‰ 100% involvement is mandatory.

๐ŸŽฏ DKP targets

All accounts:

City Hall 25
With significant power
Mains AND level 25 farms

Must reach their DKP target based on their power.

Your calculation file defines:

Player power
Required ratio
Kill points target
100% efficiency if target is met

๐Ÿ“Š Core principle

The higher your power,
The higher your DKP target.

A 100M power player:
โ†’ Must produce proportional DKP volume.

A 50M player:
โ†’ Proportionally reduced target.

A level 25 farm at 60M:
โ†’ Counts as an active account.

โš–๏ธ Why this rule?

Because:

Power affects matchmaking
A heavy but passive kingdom is disadvantaged
Every million power must be worth it in war
A 100M account that does not fight:
โ†’ Strategic disadvantage.

๐ŸŽ–๏ธ MGE during Competitive KvK

In real KvK:

MGE can be FIXED
Or OPEN

It depends:

If there is active war during MGE.

Decision made by R4/R5 at the time.

๐Ÿšซ Prohibitions in KvK

It is strictly forbidden:

To attack a member of our coalition
To attack an allied farm
To attack a gathering player

Immediate sanctions are possible.

Farm = optimization.
Competitive = maximum performance.
